VT Farmers Food Center upgrade plans, including Rotary Educational Greenhouse
The Vermont Farmers Food Center has obtained grants to upgrade buildings at their campus at 245-251 West St. The campus includes the winter farmers market at the Farmers Hall main building (green) and the Rotary Educational Greenhouse (donated by our club).
Heidi Lynch is executive director of the Vermont Farmers Food Center.
Martha Verrington is a Horticulturist who managed educational greenhouse facilities and taught plant science at Essex Agricultural & Technical High School in Danvers, MA.
She recently retired from teaching and moved to Vermont to start her own farm. She is working as a consultant for VFFC to help get our Rotary Educational Greenhouses and FABEL program running at full potential!
